Ingredients
- 3 - 15 1/2 oz hominy drained
- 2- 11 oz white corn drained
- 1 - 4 oz chopped chilies drained
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 t white pepper
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 - 8 oz sour cream
- 1 1/2 C Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
- 1 1/2 C American Cheese shredded
- Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse hominy & drain well. Combine hominy & next six ingredients to sour cream. Spoon half of hominy mixture into lightly greased 11X7 baking dish. Combine shredded cheeses sprinkle half of cheese over casserole. Spoon remaining hominy mixture over cheese. Bake covered 350 for 35 minutes or til thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with remaining cheese & paprika & bake uncovered 5 minutes
