    lb. ground beef, turkey, or chichen- brown and drain

  • 2

    6 oz can tomato sauce

  • 2

    chopped or minced onions

  • 1

    tps garlic salt

  • 1

    tps oregano

  • 1

    8 oz can mushrooms, drained

  • Large size small curd cottage cheese

  • 2

    heads cauliflower

  • sliced mozz. cheese

Directions

1. Mix meat and spices 2. Add tomatoes and mushrooms 3. simmer for a few minutes until hot 4. slice cauliflower (about as thick as fried potatoes) 5. Cover bottom of 13x9 inch pan with sliced cauliflower 6. cover cauliflower w/ cottage cheese 7. add meat mixture and top w/ mozz. cheese 8. bake 1 hour at 350.
