Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs, well-beaten
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh corn or canned, drained corn, or frozen corn, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in eggs, milk and corn. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring once, about halfway through baking time.
