Applesauce Pie

Ingredients

• 2 frozen regular pie crusts
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs - beaten
• 3 T flour
• 1 stick margarine - melted
• 2 T lemon extract
• 1 16 ounce can unsweetened applesauce

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine - add sugar, flour, eggs and mix well. Aadd extract and applesauce. Pour into to pie crusts and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees
