Spectacular Citrus Salad

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. oil
• 1/4 c. orange juice
• 2 T honey
• 2 T lime juice
• 2 tsp. poppy seeds
• 1 tsp. grated orange peel
• 1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
• 12 c. torn red and green leaf lettuce
• 3 medium oranges (peeled and sectioned)
• 3/4 c. red onion
• 2/3 c. pecan halves (toasted)

Preparation

Step 1

In a jar combine the first 7 ingredients and shake well. In a large bowl combine lettuce, oranges, onion and pecans. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
