Ingredients

  • 1 bag (32oz) of Southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 16oz. carton of sour cream
  • 1 stick or 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 small box corn flakes or 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the first 4 ingredients together until well blended.
Pour into a 9x13 inch pan that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Melt the butter and mix with the crushed corn flakes or crackers.
Sprinkle mixture over top of potatoes.
Bake for 40 or 50 minutes or until slightly browned.
