Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 jar roasted red peppers (drained & chopped)
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper (seeded & Minced)
- 1 large lemon (zest & juiced)
- 1/4 c chopped cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
In food processor puree garlic 1 minute or until finely minced. Add tomatoes, roasted peppers, and jalapeno. Pulse 5 times or until combined. Spoon mixture into serving bowl. Stir in 2 T lemon juice and 1 tsp. lemon zest. Add cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
