Ingredients

  • 1

    can condensed tomato soup

  • ¼

    cup orange juice

  • 1

    tbsp each,vegetable oil and soya sauce

  • ¼

    tsp ground ginger

  • lb large,uncooked shrimp,shelled and deveined

Directions

Mix soup, orange juice,soya sauce,oil and ginger in shallow dish. Reserve 3/4 cup for basting. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Discard marinade. Thread shrimp onto 6 long metal or soaked wood skewers. Grill kabobs,10 minutes or until cooked,turning and brushing often with reserved basing mixture gently for 5 minutes and serve with shrimp.
