Sweet Cornbread

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 can creamed corn (I like Western Family brand)
• 1 c. grated cheese (cheddar or cheddar & Jack)
• 1 c. corn meal
• 1 c. flour
• 1 T. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Grease a 9x13 pan. Pour the mixture into the greased pan and bake for 35 minutes. Serve with honey butter.
