Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 Tbl. margarine, softened
- 16 oz. powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In a small bowl, beat eggs and sugar, add to flour mixture; mix well. Add oil, carrots & nuts; mix well. Pour into 9X13 pan. Bake 30 minutes or until set.
Frosting: mix cream cheese, softened butter, and vanilla. Slowly add powdered sugar. Spread frosting on cooled cake.
