  • 1 (32 oz) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 (10 3/4) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 12 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 6 ingredients in 3 quart casserole. Pour 1 stick butter, melted, over potatoes. Coat corn flakes with remaining stick butter, melted and sprinkle over casserole
Bake at 350 for 1hr. 15 min. or until bubbly.
