Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped nine
- 3/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 3/4 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat (more if you like)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except crabmeat in mixer. Mix at high speed for 3
minutes. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Fold crabmeat into the cream cheese mixture,
incorporate well without breaking up crab lumps. Spoon into oven proof ceramic baking dish. Sprinkle with a bit more Old Bay and cheddar cheese, if desired. Bake until you see it start bubbling. Serve with warm French bread slices or crackers. Nutrition: Per 5 oz. serving: 320 calories; 230 calories from fat; 17 g protein’ 4 g. carbs; 1 g sugar; 26g total fat
