Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni (about 2 cups)
- 3 T butter
- 3 T flour
- 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper
- 2 cups shredded process cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni, drain. Melt butter., blend in flour, add milk. Cook and stir till thick. Add seasonings. Add 1 ½ cups of the cheese, stir till melted. Place cooked macaroni in greased 10x6 baking dish. Pour sauce over macaroni. Arrange tomato slices on top. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350o oven for 30 min or till hot and bubbly.
