Ingredients

  • 1 lb. meat (sausage, bacon or lean ground beef-your choice)
  • (I have always used precooked sausage)
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 3 potatoes- diced
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Saute the onions. Cook potatoes in the water until done. Cook the meat of choice.
Add all the other ingredients to the potatoes and simmer for 30 minutes.
