Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- a cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- filling
- 2 packages 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 reaspoon vanilla
- 1 carton 12 oz cool whip
- 2 cans 21 oz cherry pie filling

Preparation
Step 1
in a bowl combine flour pecans and brown sugar
with a fork, stir in butter until crumbly
lightly pat into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish
bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown
cool completely
for fillig in a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth
fold in cool whip
carefully spread over crust
top with pie fillig
cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
