Ingredients
- mornay sauce:
- 1 box lasagna
- 3 pkg frozen spinach- thawed and drained
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1 cup parm cheese
- 1/2 lb butter melted
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
- 2 jars maranara
- 3 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 c warm milk
- 1 c light cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 c swiss cheese shredded
- 1/4 c parm cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. cook lasagna and drain noodles.
2. combine spinach, cheeses, butter, seasonings. put 2 T maranara on bottom of baking dish.
3. divide spinach among noodles and spread evenly. roll and put into dish.
4. top with 1/2 mornay sauce and maranara sauce. repeat with second layer of noodles and sauces.
Mornay sauce: melt butter over med heat, stir in flour till smooth. slowly add cream and milk. stir till thickened. remove from heat.
in small bowl beat egg a little and put some some into egg. slowly put egg into pan with sauce and stir to avoid lumps. add cheeses. cook low till melts and thickens.
5. bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes
