Ingredients
- 1 lg (1 qt) can Tomato Juice
- 3 stalks celery
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 sm (15 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp pickling spice
- 6 cloves, whole
- dash, cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/8 c flour

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients except for butter and flour and cook until soft. Strain well. Add butter and flour and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened.
