Ingredients
- 3 cups diced Yukon potatoes
- 5 slices bacon, diced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 bottles clam juice
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
- 5 cans minced clams with juice
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 Stick of REAL Butter
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes in a separate pot of water for about 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Cook bacon until crisp in a large, heavy pot. Add onion and celery to bacon drippings; sauté until softened. Stir in flour and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until clam chowder thickens and bubbles, or about 3 minutes.
