Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 4 c diced apples
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c oil
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 2 t baking soda
• 1 t salt
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1 c raisins
• 1 c chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together apples, eggs, oil, and vanilla. In separate bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Mix both mixtures together a little at a time. Place in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
