7 Fishes Dinner in One

Christmas eve Italian tradition is a dinner that has 7 different fishes. I came up with my all-in-one rendition of this fun meal.

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth*
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 5 or 6 drops Red Pepper Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 Cup (small can drained) Crab Meat
- 1/4 Cup (small can drained) Clams
- 1/4 Cup (small can drained) Oysters
- Handful Small frozen Scalp
- Handful Small frozen or fresh Shrimp
- 2 small pieces Cubed Fish (white like Tilapia)
- Small piece Cubed Salmon
- Fettuccine
- Retain some broth to make sauce the consistency you want*

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour and seasonings.
Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chicken broth
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 min.
Remove from heat.
Slowly stir in sour cream, pepper sauce, and garlic powder
Add fresh fishes first
Heat to a simmer once fish appears cooked add other meats stir for 2 mins
Serve on top of Fettuccine noodles or noodle of your choice
