Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

  • 3 Portobello Mushrooms
  • 1/4 Cup Canola Oil or Extra Virgin Oiive Oil
  • 3 T Chopped Onions
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 T Balsamic Vinegar


Servings 3


Step 1

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Reserve stems for another use. Place caps on a plate with the gills up.

In a small bowl, combine oil, onion, garlic, and vinegar. Pour mixture evenly over the caps and let stand for 1 hour.

Grill over hot grill 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
