Ingredients
- Fresh corn
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp grated lime peel
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place corn in husks in cold water and soak for 2 hours
2. Husk and wrap in foil and cook on grill 20-30 minutes turning occassionally
3. Combine all butter ingredients and chill until serving
