Beverage - ZuZu's Peach Sparkler

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 oz. cognac
• 1/2 oz. peach schnapps
• 1/4 oz. simple syrup
• 1 half peach (crushed)
• 1 lemon wedge
• 1 orange wedge
• 1 peach slice (garish)
• 1 mint sprig (garnish)
• Crushed ice

Preparation

Step 1

In a shaker glass add the peach, mint leaves, lemon and orange and muddle together.
Add regular ice, the remaining ingredients and shake.
Pour into a long-stem wineglass filled with crushed ice.
