LEMON LUSH

Ingredients

• 1 stick melted butter
• 1 cup flour
• 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans (divide in half)
• 1 (16oz.) carton cool whip
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 boxes Instant lemon pudding mix (mad to box directions)

Preparation

Step 1

1st Layer: Mix butter, flour and half pecans. Press in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10-15 min.

2nd Step: Mix cream cheese and 1 cup cool whip-spread on cooled crust.

3rd Step: Spread with lemon pudding.

Top with remaining cool whip and garnish with remaining pecans.

Note: May be made with any flavor pudding and cooked pudding will work)
