Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 T sugar
- 3 T shortening
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 to 1/2 c milk

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the above. Cook ¾ c sugar and 1 c water 5 minutes. Roll out dough and place 1 ½ c cherries inside the roll. Cut and place in sugar water. Bake 20—25 minutes, 400.
