Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tlbs white vinegar
- 1 tea salt
- 1/4 tea pepper
- 1 tea sugar
- 4 cups cooked and chopped potatoes ( 5 to 6 medium)
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
MIX mayo, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar in large bowl
TOSS in potatoes, onions and celery while potatoes are still warm
REFRIDGERATE
