MAKES 2 MOJITOS WITH EXTRA SYRUP
- 8 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- fresh mint sprigs
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 2 ounce rum per glass
- soda water - 4-6 ounce per glass
cook cranberries, sugar and water in medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain berries.
muddle mint in each glass and add 1 T of lime juice, add 2 ounces of cranberry syrup, 2 ounces of rum and soda water and ice.
garnish with fresh cranberries
