Ingredients

  • Bacon ~ about 4-5 strips
  • 1 TBS Flour
  • 5 TBS Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1 cup Milk ( may use water)

Preparation

Step 1

* Fry Bacon until crisp.
* Drain most of Fat from Bacon ~ leaving small amount for extra flavor.
* Remove from heat and Stir in Flour, Sugar and Egg. Mix well.
* Return to heat and Stir in Vinegar - Mix well.
* Slowly add Milk - stirring well.
* Boil until thick - stirring frequently.
* Serve over Lettuce as Dressing or use as Dressing for Potato Salad.

** May be made day in advance and reheated **
