Ingredients
- 8-10 medium potatoes
- 1 small container of sour cream
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender.
Beat cream cheese and sour cream until blended.
Add potatoes and beat until fluffy.
Season to taste.
Put in a 2 quart casserole and dot with butter
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
