Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbl. butter
- 3 Tbl. milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Using a mixer, cream sugar & shortening. Add egg, pumpkin, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Frosting: Bring all ingredients to a boil for 2 minutes and then let cool completely. Then add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 cup powdered sugar. (you may have to add more if too runny.)
