- 2 cups cake flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 1/4 cup oil
- 3 cups finely grated carrots (about 4, l lb bag
- enough)

Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add oil & mix well.
Add eggs &mix.
Add carrots.
Oil &flour 3 cake pans well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
