Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 28 oz tin of tomatoes
  • 2 cups medium shell macaroni
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and drain. Add tomatoes, water, oregano and soup mix, bring to boil. Add macaroni. Simmer 20 minutes until macaroni gets soft. Add parmesan cheese. Put mozzarella cheese on top. Broil until cheese bubbles.
