Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn; drained
  • 1 can of cream corn
  • 2 eggs; beaten
  • 1 small onion; chopped
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 cup Jiffy corn muffin mix (DO NOT SUBSTITUTE)
  • 1/2 stick of margarine

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 quart pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
