Honey BBQ Glazed Pork Roast with Carrots and Corn

Ingredients
- 3 Lb pork boneless shoulder roast
- 1 Lb Carrots
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3 TBL Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 2/3 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 cup frozen corn

Preparation
Step 1
Place Pork in crock pot and cover with carrots
Mix 1/2 cup BBQ (open pit), the honey, vinegar, and season salt in small bowl.
Pour over pork and carrots
Cook on low 8-10 hours
Remove pork and vegetable from slow cooker and keep warm
Mix 2/3 cup of BBQ sauce and the flour and stir into juices. Cover and cook on High about 15 min till thick. I did this on the stove to get to boil. Much better.
Stir corn and cook for 5 more minutes
