Apple Grape Salad

  • For the Dressing:
  • 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar ( or a substitute of your choice)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Fruit
  • 4 apples cored and diced
  • 1 pear cored and diced
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup silvered almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups seedless grapes halved



Step 1

Mix all dressing ingredients together in medium size bowl. Stick this in the fridge while you make the salad. Once you have the fruit and nuts chopped up, pour the dressing over and stir gently to coat.
