Cranberry pecan dressing

Ingredients
- 3 T butter
- 3 stalks celery chopped
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 c sweetened dried cranberries
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 2/2 t salt
- 1 T chopped fresh sage
- 1/2 t each salt and pepper
- 10 small croissants cut in 1 inch pieces (7 c)
- 8 oz ciabatta or French bread cut in 1 in pieces (7 c)
- 2 c chicken broth
- 2 eggs lightly beaten

Preparation
Step 1
heat oven to 350
spray 13x9 glass pan with cooking spray
in a skillet melt butter over med heat-cook celery and onion in butter 8-10 mins stirring occasionally-stir in cranberries, pecans, sage salt and pepper
remove from heat
in large bowl mix onion mixture, croissants, bread, broth and eggs toss well
spoon into baking dish
bake uncovered 35-40 mins till center is hot and edges are golden brown
