BOURBON SWEET POTATOES

Ingredients

• 3 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes..peel and cutin 1inch wedges
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 T bourbon
• coarse salt and pepper
• 3 T butter..room temp

Preparation

Step 1

350*.. arrange sweet potatoes in 9x13 baking dish..add sugar and bourbon and tolss to combine..season with salt and pepper..baked 1- 1 1/2 hour till tender and glazed..tossing every 30 min.. stir in butter before serving
