Ingredients
- meat (chuck roast or similar)
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 - 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 3 - 6 fresh jalapeno peppers, cut stem off and use whole
- 1 - 2 tablespoons peanut oil, optional
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 350. Meat will automatically shred.
Serve over white rice.
Note : If you leave the leftover meat in the juices, it gets spicier.
