Ingredients
- 6 slices white bread, remove crusts and butter
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 lb. bacon(fried and crumbled) or diced ham
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 eggs
- 1-1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 cups swiss cheese-grated
- 2 tbsp. parsly
- 1 1/2 tsp flour
- 2 cups Half & Half
- Asparagus or Broccoli

Preparation
Step 1
Place bread in a 9x13" pan, buttered side down. Saute' mushrooms and onion in butter, sprinkle over the bread.
Par-boil Asparagus 1 min. spread ham, cheese and asparagus evenly over bread. Sprinkle with flour. Mix eggs, cream, mustard and spices. Pour over top and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees.
