Banana Split Martini Jelly Shots

Ingredients
- ~ 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- ~ 3/4 C cold water
- ~ 1/2 C canned sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- ~ 1/2 C cherry-flavored vodka
- ~ 1/4 C creme de banana liqueur
- ~ 1/4 C Godiva white chocolate liqueur
- Garnish
- ~ 1/4 C chopped cocktail peanuts
- ~ 1/4 C miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- ~ 15 maraschino cherries

Step 1
1. In 1-quart saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften. Heat over low heat, sirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Add condensed milk, vodka and liqueurs to gelatin mixture; stir until well blended. Pour into lightly greased 8x4- inch glass dish. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
3. Cut into 5 rows by 5 rows. dip dish in warm water, just to rim, 20 to 30 seconds to loosen from bottom. Use a small spatula to remove squares. Garnish each jelly shot with 1/2 teaspoon peanuts, 1/2 teaspoon chocolate chips and 1 cherry. Store in refrigerator.
