Baked Cheesy Olive Dip

  • 8 oz sliced black olives
  • 1 jar green olives with pimentos, sliced
  • Few green onions chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 16 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 small cans chopped green chilies



Step 1

(I usually chopped my olives in food processor to make smaller pieces)
Mix all together very good, pour in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or so, until hot and bubbly. Serve with Frito or tortilla chips!
