Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shell macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can 7 oz tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced pimento stuffed green olives
  • 2 Tablespoons minced onions
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce(or more)
  • 1 large avocado

Preparation

Step 1

Cook macaroni as suggested on package. Rinse in cold water, drain. In large bowl stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, seasoned salt, and pepper. Add macaroni, tomato, celery, tuna, olives, and onions. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Just before serving, toss with lettuce and avocado.
