  • 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey, uncooked
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 t sage
  • 1/4 t marjoram
  • 1/4 t thyme
  • 1/8 t summer savory
  • 1/4 t ground black pepper Vegetable cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Combine turkey, egg white, sage, marjoram, thyme, summer savory and pepper in a bowl; stir well. Shape mixture into 12 patties and chill at least one hour. If not to be used immediately wrap, label and store in freezer.
Coat a skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Place skillet over medium-high until hot. Place patties in skillet; cook five minutes on each side or until done.
