Salmon Patties

  • 4 oz canned salmon, drained
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 good tablespoons oatmeal (dry)
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of onion powder

Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 25mins


Step 1

Drain the salmon, place it in a mixing bowl, and mash it well.

Add the oatmeal, egg, and onion powder and mix everything well.

Form into 4 patties

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat

Saute the patties in the oil, turning carefully, untill thy are quite golden on both sides (about 8 minutes per side).
