- 5 cups pecan halves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 325°F. Roast pecans on a rimmed baking sheet for 15 minutes (trust me, this is the best part!). Toss once or twice while baking to ensure an even roast. Combine sugar, salt and spices in a Ziploc® brand container and set aside. Over high heat, mix together honey, water, and olive oil in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and add pecans. Cook until pecans are fragrant and coated. Pour this mixture into the Ziploc® brand container and give it a good shake! These morsels are equally good hot or cold.
