Banana Split Cake

Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 (9-oz) container whipped topping
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1/4 t vanilla
- 1 small bottle red cherries

Step 1
Method:
Prepare crust with 1 stick butter and graham cracker crumbs; press into 9x13-inch pan. Mix eggs, 1 stick of butter, confectioner’s sugar and vanilla.
Cut bananas lengthwise and lay in pan. Cover bananas with filling. Cover filling with drained pineapple. Finally, cover the pineapple layer with the whipped topping.
Cut well-drained cherries into small pieces and garnish the cake. Let set, uncovered, 24 hours in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
