  • CRUST:
  • 1/2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • 4 tsp. Brown Sugar
  • 3 TBS. Melted Butter
  • 6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 TBS. Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. Ginger
  • 2/3 Cup Sliced Peeled Apples
  • 1 TBS. Flour
  • 1 TBS. Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1 TBS. Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Cold Butter

Step 1

In a small bowl combines the ingredients for the crust. Mix together and press into the bottom of a 6" springform pan coated with cooking spray. Set aside.

In another small bowl make the filling by beating the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg, beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in the sour cream, cinnamon and ginger. Pour over the crust. Arrange the apple slices over the filling.

Mix the topping ingredients together and cut in the butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.

Bake @ 350* for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around the edges to loosen the pan; cool another hour longer. Remove the pan and refrigerate overnight.
