  • 3 lbs apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Place apples in baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in eggs and oil; dollop on apples, leaving some spaces. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake in preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until topping is puffed and golden brown.
