Ingredients
- 1 onion sliced
- 8 pork chops
- 2-3 TBS oil
- 8 potatoes, peeled quartered
- 8 carrots peeled, halved lengthwise, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 cans tomato soup reg. size
- 1 C water
- 2 TBS worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In very large skillet over medium heat, cook onion and pork chops
in oil until browned.
add potatoes and carrots,
mix remaining ingredients, pour into skillet.
cover, reduce heat, simmer one hour--until pork chops are tender.
