Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Macaroni & Cheese Dinner Mix
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 C. Green Pepper - chopped
  • 1/2 C. Onion - chopped
  • 1 ) 14 oz can Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 C. French Fried Onions

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Macaroni & Cheese as pkg directs. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper & onion over med heat until meat is no longer pink, drain. Add to prepared macaroni. Stir in tomatoes. Spoon a 1/4 of mixture into each of 2 greased 8 x 8 pans, sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Top w/remaining mixture. Sprinkle w/remaining cheese & french fried onions & freeze.

IF FROZEN: Thaw in fridge, remove from fridge 30 min prior to baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350` 40 minutes.
